Required Skill sets:
* Working experience with Java & J2EE, both frontend and backend.
* Working experience with Oracle databases using JDBC.
* Working experience with OO design and UML
* Experience in a team development environment using standard processes, version control (SVN), release management methodology, unit testing strategies, integration testing strategies etc
* Work on multiple layers including Web Layer, backend business layer, Data access layer and integration layer.
* Experience working in an integrated development environment using Java, Eclipse is desirable.
* Full life-cycle experience including analysis, design, developing, unit testing and executing integration test cases.
* Good communication skills.

Nice to have:
* Experience with Agile
* Experience with development of Retail and eCommerce Application.
* Willing to move to senior developer level.
