Must: have Java coding experience!!! We are currently working in a major data integration project and are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work very closely with the Development Team to generate Functional Specification from existing business requirements. It's important to point out that this is a very technical role!. The ideal candidate would be a former Java Engineer who moved into Systems Analysis more recently.
Required Skills:
* Must have expertise writing FSDs (Functional Specification Documents)
* Must have experience with Java/J2EE & Oracle environments as a Systems Analyst
* Must have experience with running queries and reviewing data to understanding complex flows
* Must have enterprise systems transactional application exposure
* Must have expertise analyzing data
* ERWIN data modeling expertise a plus
* Experience with ETL a plus
* MUST have excellent communication skills both written & verbal Highly
Desirable Skills:
* Expertise with WebLogic and/or WebLogic portal applications
* Financial industry/banking experience
* Experience Financial Services
